By accessing the ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD regarding your purchase of luxury jewelry, natural diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds. 

By proceeding, you explicitly consent to our mandatory Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) and Source of Funds (SOF) protocols.

We reserve the right to withhold shipment until all regulatory clearance is obtained from our banking and compliance partners.

Ethical Sourcing & Compliance

We guarantee that all diamonds sold by ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD are conflict-free and sourced in strict compliance with the Kimberley Process, UN resolutions, and international trade laws.

We take pride in our commitment to environmental and social responsibility within the jewelry industry.

Inventory & Diamond Availability

Diamonds are unique assets and our inventory is subject to continuous synchronization.

In the rare event that a selected diamond or jewelry piece becomes unavailable after an order is placed due to simultaneous sales or inventory errors, ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

We will contact you immediately to offer a comparable alternative or a complete reimbursement.

Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Prices are calculated based on current market rates for diamonds and precious metals.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a manifest technical error or description, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

Digital Asset & Crypto Settlement Finality

Transactions paid via Regulated Digital Asset Exchanges are subject to immediate blockchain confirmation.

The exchange rate is locked only upon successful settlement into our corporate account, and any volatility risks are borne solely by the purchaser.

Ring Sizing & Bespoke Modifications

Standard resizing services may be available for select ring designs.

However, certain intricate settings, bespoke modifications, or full eternity bands cannot be resized. Any modifications, repairs, or resizing made to a piece after delivery by a third-party jeweler without written authorization from ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD will void all associated warranties.

Finality of Security Seals & Product Identity

For loose diamonds, the integrity of the security seal is paramount.

Once a security seal is broken or tampered with by the customer, the item is deemed accepted in its current condition, and the right to dispute its identity or grading is waived.

Intellectual Property Rights & AI Protection

All designs, photographs, branding materials, and original content are the exclusive intellectual property of ELEZRA DIAMONDS LTD.

Reproduction or commercial use of our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our content for AI model training or data scraping is strictly forbidden.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchases made shall be resolved exclusively in the authorized courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

בהמשך ביצוע העסקה, הינך מעניק הסכמה מפורשת לפרוטוקולי אימות הזהות (KYC/KYB) והצהרת מקור הכספים (SOF) המחייבים שלנו.

אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעכב משלוח עד לקבלת אישור רגולטורי מלא משותפינו הבנקאיים.

מקורות אתיים ועמידה בתקנים

אנו מבטיחים כי כל היהלומים הנמכרים על ידי אלעזרה יהלומים בע"מ הם ללא (Conflict-Free)

 ונרכשו בהתאמה מלאה לתהליך קימברלי והחלטות האו"ם ובהתאם לחוקי הסחר הבינלאומיים והישראלים.

אנו גאים במחויבותנו לאחריות חברתית וסביבתית בענף היהלומים והתכשיטים.

מלאי וזמינות יהלומים

יהלומים הם נכסים ייחודיים והמלאי שלנו כפוף לסנכרון רציף.

במקרה נדיר בו יהלום או תכשיט שנבחר אינו זמין לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה בשל מכירה סימולטנית או טעות מלאי, אלעזרה יהלומים שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל את ההזמנה ולבצע החזר כספי מלא.

אנו ניצור עמכם קשר מיידי להצעת חלופה דומה או ביצוע זיכוי מלא.

מחירים ותנודות שוק

המחירים מחושבים על בסיס שערי השוק הנוכחיים של היהלומים והמתכות היקרות.

אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן מחירים בכל עת ללא הודעה מראש.

במידה ומוצר פורסם במחיר שגוי בשל טעות טכנית חריגה או טעות בתיאור המוצר, אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לסרב או לבטל הזמנות עבור אותו פריט.

סליקת נכסים דיגיטליים וקריפטו

עסקאות המשולמות באמצעות בורסות נכסים דיגיטליים כפופות לאישור בלוקצ'יין מיידי.

שער החליפין יינעל רק עם סיום הסליקה המוצלח לחשבון החברה וכל סיכון הנובע מתנודתיות השוק יחול על הרוכש בלבד.

שינוי מידה והתאמות אישיות

שירותי שינוי מידה סטנדרטיים זמינים עבור דגמים נבחרים

עם זאת, עיצובים מסוימים כגון טבעות בעיצוב אישי מיוחד

או טבעות איטרניטי אינם ניתנים לשינוי מידה.

כל שינוי, תיקון או שינוי מידה שיבוצע בתכשיט לאחר מסירתו על ידי צורף שאינו מטעם אלעזרה יהלומים ללא אישור בכתב יבטל את האחריות על המוצר.

חותמות אבטחה וזהות המוצר

,שלמות חותם האבטחה היא תנאי יסודי

מרגע פתיחת חותם האבטחה או פגיעה בו על ידי הלקוח הפריט נחשב ככזה שהתקבל במצבו הנוכחי, והזכות לערער על זהותו או הדירוג שלו מבוטלת.

זכויות קניין רוחני והגנה מפני בינה מלאכותית

כל העיצובים, הצילומים, חומרי המיתוג והתוכן המקורי הם קניינה הרוחני הבלעדי של אלעזרה יהלומים בע"מ.

העתקה או שימוש מסחרי בעיצובים שלנו ללא הסכמה בכתב אסורים בהחלט.

חל איסור מוחלט על שימוש בתוכן האתר לאימון מודלי  בינה מלאכותית (AI) או איסוף נתונים אוטומטי.

הדין החל וסמכות שיפוט

תנאים אלו יהיו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל.

כל מחלוקת הנובעת מהשימוש באתר או מרכישות שיבוצעו בו תתברר באופן בלעדי בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל  במחוז תל אביב-יפו.
