We strictly distinguish between Lab Grown and Natural diamonds. 

The buyer acknowledges reviewing all specifications.

13. Diamond Certification Disclaimer

Reports are from independent labs (GIA, IGI).

We are not liable for slight grading variations between different laboratories.

14. Gold Integrity Guarantee

We guarantee all jewelry is made of solid gold

(no silver or plated metals) as specified and compliant with Israeli standards.

15. Market Volatility And Pricing Policy

Gold and diamond prices are subject to daily market fluctuations.

The price displayed at checkout is calculated and based on the New Israeli Shekel (ILS).

Payments are accepted in various foreign currencies and cryptocurrencies.

The final settlement amount is determined by the representative exchange rate of the ILS at the exact moment the invoice or receipt is issued.

16. Intellectual Property & AI Training

All designs, images and text are our property.

Use for AI training or unauthorized commercial copying is strictly prohibited.

17. Pre-Shipment Video Documentation

We video record the final inspection and packaging of every item as conclusive evidence of its condition at shipment.

18. Prohibition of Resale

Unauthorized professional resale without a signed wholesale agreement is strictly prohibited.

19. Technical Modifications

We reserve the right to make minor technical improvements (e.g., prong reinforcement) to settings for stone security.

20. User-Generated Content

Tagging us on social media grants us a royalty free license to use that content for marketing.

21. Visual Display Accuracy

Images may be digital renderings.

We do not guarantee 100% color accuracy on all screens.

22. Security Seals

Once a security seal on a loose diamond is broken, the buyer acknowledges the finality and identity of the item.

23. Third-Party Alterations

Warranty is void if the item is resized or repaired by any jeweler other than Elezra Diamonds Ltd.

24. Setting & Stone Security

Diamonds do not fall out under normal wear Loss is usually due to impact.

We recommend personal insurance.

25. Inspection Period

Visible defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

26. Technical Tolerance

Weights may vary slightly (+/- 5%) due to the handmade nature of fine jewelry.

27. International Customs & Duties

The recipient is the importer, All custom duties and local VAT are the customer's sole responsibility.

28. Insurance Transfer

Coverage expires immediately upon confirmed delivery and signature.

29. Third-Party Pickup Liability

Liability ends once items are handed to a customer authorized representative or courier.

30. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with a pattern of excessive returns.

31. Security Review Hold

We may delay shipment for security screening if a transaction is flagged as high risk.

32. No "Home Trial"

We do not offer home trial services.

All purchases are final sales subject to our return policy.

Customer is responsible for regular cleaning to preserve jewelry brilliance.

51. Biometric Data Processing and Facial Recognition

The user hereby grants explicit consent to the Company and its authorized compliance service providers to collect and process biometric data, including facial geometry scans, for identity verification against official government issued identification documents to prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized platform use.

52. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Personal information and uploaded documentation may be transferred to, stored, and processed on servers located outside of Israel, including but not limited to the United States and the European Union.

The user consents to such transfer for the purposes of regulatory compliance, due diligence, and transaction security.

53. Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) 

The Company adheres to strict international AML/CTF standards.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any transaction, delay shipments, or freeze funds in the event that the KYC/KYB (Know Your Customer) process is not completed to the satisfaction of the Company’s compliance department.

54. Mandatory Declaration of Source of Funds (SOF)

All clients are required to declare that the funds used for any acquisition are of legal origin and do not derive from criminal activity.

The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation, such as bank statements or CPA certifications, as part of its reporting and compliance obligations to financial institutions.

55. Information Sharing with Financial Institutions and Banks

The user authorizes the Company to share identity details, KYC/KYB verification results, and identification documents with banking institutions in Israel and abroad that manage the Company’s accounts, for the purpose of securing clearance for fund transfers and processing payments.

56. Regulatory Data Retention Period

In accordance with international financial regulations, the Company shall retain copies of identification documents and verification records for a minimum period of seven (7) years following the termination of the client relationship or the final transaction date.

57. Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Settlements

For transactions conducted via digital assets, the user represents and warrants that the digital wallet from which funds are transferred is under their legal ownership and has passed all necessary compliance checks required by regulated exchanges and authorized financial entities.

58. Subordination to Third-Party Technology Terms

The Company utilizes third-party verification and security systems.

The user acknowledges that the collection of data within these systems is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the respective integrated technology providers.

59. Compliance Latency and Market Volatility

The user acknowledges that the identity verification (KYC/KYB) and Source of Funds (SOF) review process may take several business days.

The Company shall not be held liable for fluctuations in diamond prices or currency exchange rates during this regulatory review period.

60. Mandatory Reporting to Competent Authorities 

The Company will submit reports to the relevant authorities in Israel or abroad without prior notice to the user, in accordance with its legal obligations to prevent financial crimes and money laundering.

61. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

In cases of high value transactions or identified risk factors, the Company reserves the right to require a live video verification (Liveness Test) or the submission of documents authenticated by a Notary/Apostille as a condition for completing the transaction.

62. Limitation of Liability on Currency Volatility

The final transaction price is determined only upon the actual receipt of funds in the Company’s account.

The Company is not liable for any financial loss resulting from market volatility, exchange rate differentials, or transfer fees charged by banks and third parties.

63. International Sanction Screening

The user consents to having their details screened against international sanction lists (e.g., OFAC).

Should a match be identified that prohibits engagement, the Company will immediately terminate all business relations and act according to the instructions of the competent authorities.

64. Marketing and Direct Mailing Consent (Anti-Spam)

By accepting these terms, the user grants consent to receive updates, marketing materials, and value offers from the Company (Elezra Diamonds) via electronic means, while maintaining the right to opt-out of the mailing list at any time.

13. תעודות ודירוג

 אנו מספקים תעודות ממעבדות מוסמכות

 איננו אחראים לסטיות דירוג קלות בין מעבדות שונות.

14. יושרה של חומרי גלם (זהב)

אנו מבטיחים כי כל התכשיטים עשויים זהב מוצק בלבד (ללא כסף או ציפויים) ובהתאם לתקן הישראלי.

15. תנודתיות שוק

מחירי הזהב והיהלומים משתנים מדי יום.

המחיר במועד התשלום ובתוך הדף תשלום הוא מחושב לפי שער מטבע (שקל חדש) ניתן לשלם בכל מטבע מטח אחר כולל קריפטו לפי השער יציג של השקל ברגע הוצאת (החשבונית/קבלה).

 16. קניין רוחני והגנה מפני בינה מלכותית

כל העיצובים והתמונות הם רכושנו חל איסור על שימוש בהם לאימון מודלי בינה מלכותית או העתקה מסחרית.

17. תיעוד וידאו לפני משלוח

אנו מתעדים בוידאו את האריזה של כל פריט כהוכחה חלוטה למצבו של התכשיט או היהלום ושהכל תקין בעת  יציאת המשלוח ללקוח.

18. איסור מכירה חוזרת

מכירה חוזרת מסחרית ללא הסכם סיטונאי חתום מול אלעזרה יהלומים בע"מ אסורה בהחלט.

19. שיפורים טכניים

אנו רשאים לבצע שיפורים קלים בעיצוב (כמו חיזוק שיניים) לשמירה על בטיחות השיבוץ והאבן.

20. תוכן גולשים

תיוג החברה במדיה החברתית מהווה אישור לשימוש בתוכן זה לצורכי שיווק ופרסום.

21. דיוק חזותי

התמונות עשויות להיות הדמיות דיגיטליות איננו מבטיחים דיוק של 100% בצבע בשל הבדלי מסכים.

22. חותמות אבטחה

פתיחת חותם אבטחה על יהלום בודד מהווה אישור סופי לזהות ותקינות האבן מצד הלקוח.

23. שינויים על ידי צד ג

האחריות מבוטלת במידה והתכשיט יתוקן או ישונה על ידי צורף שאינו מטעם אלעזרה יהלומים.

24. אחריות על שיבוץ

יהלומים אינם נופלים בשימוש רגיל נפילה נובעת לרוב ממכה אנו ממליצים לבטח את התכשיט אישית.

25. תקופת בדיקה

פגמים גלויים או נזקי שילוח יש לדווח בכתב תוך 48 שעות ממועד המסירה.

26. סטיות טכניות

משקלי המתכת והיהלומים עשויים להשתנות מעט (+/- 5%) בשל אופי הייצור הידני.

27. מכס ומיסים בינלאומיים

המקבל הוא היבואן הרשמי כל היטלי המכס והמע"מ המקומי הם באחריות הלקוח בלבד.

28. סיום אחריות ביטוחית

הכיסוי הביטוחי מסתיים מיד עם אישור המסירה וחתימת המקבל על החבילה.

29. אחריות באיסוף על ידי נציג

אחריותנו מסתיימת ברגע מסירת הפריט לנציג או שליח מטעמך.

30. ניצול לרעה של מדיניות

אנו רשאים לסרב שירות ללקוחות המציגים דפוס של החזרות מרובות או חשד לניצול המערכת.

31. עיכוב לצרכי אבטחה

אנו רשאים לעכב משלוח לבדיקה מעמיקה אם עסקה מסוימת מסומנת כבעלת סיכון גבוה.

הלקוח אחראי על ניקיון שוטף ובדיקת שיניים תקופתית אצל צורף מוסמך.

47. שיפוי

הנך מסכים לשפות את החברה בגין כל תביעה הנובעת  מהפרת תנאי שימוש אלו או מהתקנונים המשפטיים אחרים בדפי האתר.

48. חשבוניות אלקטרוניות

הנך מסכים לקבל חשבוניות, קבלות והודעות משפטיות באופן אלקטרוני למייל או בסמס לנייד.

52. העברת מידע בין-לאומית (Cross Border Data Transfer)

המידע האישי והמסמכים המועלים לאתר עשויים להיות מועברים, מאוחסנים ומעובדים בשרתים מחוץ לישראל, לרבות בארה"ב ובאיחוד האירופי, והמשתמש נותן את הסכמתו להעברה זו לצורך השלמת הליכי ציות בדיקות נאותות ואבטחת עסקאות.

53. מניעת הלבנת הון ומימון טרור (AML/CTF)

החברה פועלת בהתאם לסטנדרטים בינלאומיים מחמירים למניעת הלבנת הון ועל כן היא שומרת לעצמה את הזכות המלאה לסרב לביצוע עסקה או להשהות משלוח או להקפיא כספים במקרה שבו הליך

לא הושלם לשביעות רצון מחלקת הציות של החברה.

54. הצהרת מקור כספים מחייבת (Source of Funds - SOF)

כל לקוח נדרש להצהיר כי מקור הכספים המשמש לרכישה הוא חוקי ואינו נובע מפעילות פלילית והחברה רשאית לדרוש מסמכים תומכים כגון דפי בנק, אישורי רו"ח או הצהרות עושר כחלק מחובת הדיווח והציות למוסדות הפיננסיים.

55. שיתוף מידע עם מוסדות פיננסיים ובנקים 

המשתמש מאשר לחברה להעביר את פרטי הזהות שלו, תוצאות בדיקת

KYC/KYB

 ומסמכי הזיהוי למוסדות הבנקאיים בישראל ובחו"ל המנהלים את חשבונות החברה, וזאת לצורך קבלת אישור לסליקת כספים וביצוע העברות בנקאיות תקינות.

56. תקופת שמירת מסמכי זיהוי רגולטורית

בהתאם לרגולציה הפיננסית הבינלאומית, החברה תשמור עותקים של מסמכי הזיהוי ותיעוד הליכי האימות למשך תקופה של 7 שנים לפחות ממועד סיום ההתקשרות עם הלקוח או ממועד העסקה האחרונה.

57. סליקת נכסים דיגיטליים וקריפטו

בעסקאות המבוצעות באמצעות נכסים דיגיטליים, המשתמש מצהיר כי הארנק הדיגיטלי ממנו מועברים הכספים נמצא בבעלותו החוקית והוא עבר את כל בדיקות הציות הנדרשות על ידי בורסות מוסדרות וגופים פיננסיים מורשים.

58. כפיפות לתנאי ספקי טכנולוגיה צד ג

החברה עושה שימוש במערכות אימות ואבטחה של צדדים שלישיים והמשתמש מסכים כי איסוף המידע במערכות אלו כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי השימוש של ספקי הטכנולוגיה המשולבים באתר.

59. עיכובים בבדיקות ציות (Compliance Latency)

 המשתמש מאשר כי תהליך אימות הזהות

 (KYC/KYB)

 ובדיקת מקור הכספים עשוי לפעמים להימשך מספר ימי עסקים וכי החברה אינה נושאת באחריות לשינויים במחירי היהלומים או בשערי חליפין במט"ח במהלך תקופת הבדיקה הרגולטורית.

60. חובת דיווח לרשויות המוסמכות

החברה תעביר דיווחים לרשויות המוסמכות בישראל או בחו"ל מבלי לתת הודעה מוקדמת למשתמש וזאת בהתאם לחובותיה החוקיות למניעת עבירות פיננסיות והלבנת הון ובהתאם לתקנות הישראליות והעולמיות.

61. אימות זהות משלים (Enhanced Due Diligence)

במקרים של עסקאות בסכומים גבוהים או חשד לסיכון, החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לדרוש שיחת וידאו לאימות פנים חיה או המצאת מסמכים מאומתים על ידי (נוטריון / אפוסטיל )

כתנאי להשלמת העסקה.

62. הגבלת אחריות על תנודתיות ושערי חליפין

המחיר הסופי של העסקה ייקבע רק לאחר הגעת הכספים בפועל לחשבון החברה והחברה לא תהיה אחראית לכל הפסד הנובע מתנודתיות בשוק, הפרשי שער או עמלות העברה שנגבו על ידי בנקים וצדדים שלישיים.

63. בדיקה מול רשימות סנקציות בינלאומיות (Sanction Screening)

המשתמש מסכים כי פרטיו ייבדקו אל מול רשימות סנקציות בינלאומיות

(כגון OFAC)

 ובמידה וימצא זיהוי המונע התקשרות, החברה תפסיק לאלתר כל קשר עסקי ותפעל על פי הנחיות הרשויות המוסמכות.

64. הסכמה לשיווק ודיוור ישיר (Anti-Spam Consent)

 בכפוף לאישור התקנון, המשתמש מעניק את הסכמתו לקבלת עדכונים, תכנים שיווקיים והצעות ערך מהחברה באמצעים אלקטרוניים תוך שמירה על זכותו להסיר את עצמו מרשימת התפוצה בכל עת.
