1. Return Window

Local Orders Israel: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2-7 business days of delivery.

International Orders: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2-14 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original luxury packaging with all gemological certificates included.

The item must be unused unworn and in the same flawless condition as received.

Any item that has been resized or altered by a third party jeweler is strictly non returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom Designs: Bespoke jewelry and items made to order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Personalized Pieces: Items with personal engravings or specific modifications are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Credits

Under 3,000 ILS : In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law a refund will be issued minus shipping fees and a 5% handling fee. 

Over 3,000 ILS : According to Israeli law for high value jewelry a store credit or an exchange for another item will be provided. 

International Refunds: Refunds will be issued minus original shipping insurance costs and any customs duties paid by the company.

5. Return Process

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide full shipping insurance.

The return is only complete once the diamond and gold have been inspected by our experts at the Israel Diamond Exchange.

אנו שואפים לשלמות בכל תכשיט זהב מיוצר בעבודת יד ומשלב יהלומים טבעיים או יהלומי מעבדה. 

אנו מתמחים אך ורק בתכשיטי זהב ויהלומים מובחרים כדי להבטיח יופי נצחי.

1. לוח זמנים להחזרה

הזמנות מקומיות ישראל:

יש ליצור קשר לביצוע החזרה או החלפה תוך 2-7 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר.

הזמנות בינלאומיות:

יש ליצור קשר לביצוע החזרה או החלפה תוך 2-14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.

2. מצב הפריטים

כדי להיות זכאים להחזרה על הפריט להיות באריזתו המקורית והיוקרתית כולל כל התעודות הגמולוגיות הנלוות.

על הפריט להיות ללא שימוש ללא סימני ענידה ובמצב מושלם כפי שהתקבל מחברתנו.

כל פריט שעבר שינוי מידה או כל עבודה על ידי צורף צד שלישי אינו ניתן להחזרה בשום מקרה.

3. פריטים שאינם ניתנים להחזרה

עיצובים אישיים:

תכשיטים בעיצוב אישי ופריטים שיוצרו לפי הזמנה מיוחדת הם סופיים ולא ניתן להחזירם.

התאמות אישיות:

תכשיטים עם חריטה אישית או שינויים שבוצעו במיוחד עבור הלקוח אינם ניתנים להחזר כספי.

4. החזרים כספיים וזיכויים

מתחת ל-3,000 ש"ח בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן הישראלי החזר כספי יינתן בניכוי דמי משלוח ודמי טיפול של 5%.

מעל 3,000 ש"ח בהתאם לחוק הישראלי לגבי תכשיטים בסכומים אלו יינתן זיכוי בחנות או אפשרות להחלפה בפריט אחר בלבד.

החזרים בינלאומיים:

החזרים יבוצעו בניכוי עלויות המשלוח המקוריות עלויות הביטוח וכל מסי מכס ששולמו על ידי החברה.

 הלקוח אחראי באופן מלא על עלויות המשלוח חזרה ועל הבטחת המשלוח בביטוח מלא.

ההחזר יאושר סופית רק לאחר בדיקת היהלום והזהב על ידי יהלומנים מומחים  מחברתנו.
