Delivery Timelines & Processing

Standard Items: Shipping typically takes 2-30 business days for items in stock Custom Made & Special Sizes: Bespoke designs and non standard sizes require extra craftsmanship. 

Delivery estimate is usually between 7-30 business days.

Shipping Logistics: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to regional customs processing or peak holiday seasons.

Secure Delivery Requirements

Adult Signature Required: For your protection, all shipments require an adult signature upon arrival.

Liability for the shipment transfers to the recipient immediately upon confirmed delivery Physical Address Only: For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding.

services Package Inspection: Before signing, please inspect the parcel for any signs of tampering. 

If the security seal or packaging is damaged, do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment via luxury couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx or Malca Amit.

Customs Duties & International Taxes

All orders are shipped from Israel

International Clients: Local import duties, VAT or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient Customs Clearance: ELEZRA DIAMONDS is not responsible for additional charges or delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

זמני עיבוד ואספקה

מוצרים במלאי:

אספקה תוך 2-30 ימי עסקים הזמנות מיוחדות ומידות לא סטנדרטיות ייצור אישי אורך זמן נוסף של עבודת יד של הצורפים שלנו. 

הערכת האספקה היא בין 7 ל-30 ימי עסקים לוגיסטיקה גלובלית, זמני האספקה הם משוערים ועשויים להשתנות בהתאם לתהליכי מכס מקומיים או עומסי חגים.

הנחיות אבטחה בעת המסירה

 למען ביטחונכם כל המשלוחים מחייבים חתימת מבוגר בעת המסירה.

האחריות על המשלוח עוברת למקבל מיד עם אישור המסירה וחתימתו וכתובתו הראשית בלבד מטעמי אבטחה.

כל מס מקומי מע"מ או היטלי מכס שיידרשו על ידי המדינה אליה נשלח המוצר הם באחריות הלקוח בלבד.

שחרור ממכס

אלעזרה יהלומים אינה אחראית לעיכובים או עלויות נוספות הנובעים מתהליכי המכס במדינת היעד של הלקוח.
